A SUCCESSFUL START TO RECRUITING FOR AUDI MEXICO

In March, the recruiting for the new AUDI plant in San José Chiapa, Mexico started successfully. HR Diagnostics delivered the full-service package that is needed to make the selection of staff in Mexico efficient, culturally fair and tailored to the local conditions. For this project, the use of Mexican Spanish is just as important as the establishment of communication solutions via SMS instead of email. The range of services for AUDI Mexico also includes: the system platform JOBMATCHER with integrated applicant management, personnel questionnaires, psychological test procedures and manual work samples. HR Diagnostics is supporting the start of recruiting in Mexico not only from Germany but also with its own staff on site.
