A premium British automotive company was looking for a selection process for technical and industrial employees in all areas in order to measure not only technical skills but also learning ability, quality orientation and personal fit to the company's values. On the basis of an existing requirement framework, a test battery was assembled which is now used for all employees in the technical and industrial area and for all apprentices.
