OUR CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE ITC CONFERENCE

The 10th International Test Commission will take place from 1st to 4th July in Vancouver, Canada. Both contributions submitted by us were accepted:

• Are Contextualized Personality and Situational Judgement Tests a Means to Maximize the Validity of Leadership Assessments? Paper von Maik Spengler & Stefan Remke.
• Are the Big Five Aspect Scales (BFAS) Applicable for the Occupational Context? Poster von Maik Spengler, Luc Watrin, Mattis Geiger, Patrick Mussel & Oliver Wilhelm.
